Carl Jung Depth Psychology YouTube Video

I would like to create a video incorporating images of quotations I have created based on a specific subject related to the life, work and legacy of Carl Jung and depth psychology. I created a YouTube Video myself but it is quite low quality. [login to view URL] The images do not move at a proper speed and move either too fast or too slow for the viewer to read them and the music does not suit the imagery. A voice reading the quotations and eliminating the music may be advisable. At my blog I have a number of "Anthologies" on subjects for which a separate video could be made for each. [login to view URL] My Google+ site is garnering 1,000,000 views every 6 weeks [login to view URL] My Facebook Group has over 50,000 members [login to view URL] So, I have an audience that I can direct to my video which hopefully will attract advertisers. I have never done this before so I have no idea what the cost would be or if it should be done at a fixed rate, hourly rate or a split of advertising income. If the first video pays for itself in advertising I could do at least 40 more video as I have numbers other anthologies and corresponding imagery already prepared. Thank you for your consideration.
