Custom theme development for Socialengine

Hi, I would like to develop a custom theme for a socialengine powered site. It is a classified ad system which should look like a clean shopping site from the home page. I also need to customize the classified plugin to show categories, sub-categories to be displayed to my preference. Overall, I think its pretty east work.
