data analysis + drawing graph

hi, for this project i need the following In the attached excel sheet, there is a data represent fiber links, each link is represented in separate raw ; in the PPP there are a drawing represent most of the data 1) redraw the drawing in the PPP + add what ever links missing from the excel sheet (i rather do the drawing using MS visio, but you can suggest other software) 2) analyze the data in the excel sheet such there are new links and old links each link transfer certain service some of the links are spare (new) some of the services are passing many locations to reach final destinations some go direct to their final destination Task: check which service can transfer directly to new(other) links ## Deliverables attachments
