Build a Simple Xtra plug-in for Macromedia Adobe Director Lingo

The Xtra perform one function, that is to control (from Lingo). For example, a new Lingo function SetPCAudioVolume("50", "20") will change the left channel audio volume to 50 and right channel volume to 20. Would also expect ability to get the current volume levels from master audio output. It should be written in C language since it is required for converting into a Director Xtra. It must be compatible with at least Windows Vista, 7 and 8.
