Creating a New Autocad Object

I would like to have a new Autocad object from a polyline and its properties will be just same as attached picture("[url removed, login to view]"). Its name will not be “TG_ACILIM” it will be “PRODEM” and we would like to have extra 4th and 5th miter lengths. Therefore we can draw a polyline like as attached picture("[url removed, login to view]").
The program shall be working with 64 bits windows 8 and 8.1 machines and autocad [url removed, login to view] and 2015.
After this version, it will be asked to improve data to draw hooks and stirrups.
PS: This is an entirely new object. And shall be able to stretch, rotate, etc...
