Develop a NASDAQ stocks day trading robot by a given formula

I am looking for a developer that will build me an automatic share trading robot using a simple formula i will provide.

There is an Open-source tool kit called Glean TradeLink that could be used for the mission, it can cooperate with IB's TWS share trading software, and you can send commands using PracPlay.

Those tools are only a recommendation, because they are free and been used by community (bugless).

TWS has a demo version which can help us test the results.

If you have an alternative suggestion i'd like to hear it too.
