Advanced streaming software application

Simply put, I need a program to record what is on my remote server screen, and while it is recording, be viewable on my desktop computer, with the option to go back and forth in the clip. I expect you to have experience using Adobe Media Server, or similar. Here is a detailed description of the functionality: Main window: The program should ideally be a program that opens from my desktop. When I open the program, a window with two drop down menus and three buttons (see [login to view URL]) appears. Matches: When the mouse hovers over the “matches” drop down menu, you can see todays upcoming and running matches. (The list of today’s football matches and starting time is provided by the running data feed (provided by me)(indsæt navn på type format af feedet).) When you click on a match a remote desktop will open with a 1024*768 resolution. This remote desktop is now set to record the screen when the event Start 1st half, kickoff comes from the data feed, from the selected match. The recording pauses at the event Stop 1st half, resumes at Start 2nd Half, and finished at Stop game. When the user selects another match from the main window, a new instance of the remote desktop will open, and the same things will happen. Remote desktop: On the remote desktop there is a shortcut to the video streaming application (provided by me). The user opens this program, finds the correct TV channel, goes into full screen. The user can now close the remote desktop window again, and the program will run and stop by itself on the remote desktop. On the remote desktop there is also a link to a simple program that stops the remote desktop recording, and also shuts down the remote server window. Today: Back on the client side, the user can click on any of the running and finished matches in “Today”. This opens a video playback window (see [login to view URL]) The window has a play button, a stop button, a scroll button on a timeline where you can scroll to where ever you want in the match. There is also a button, shaped as a ball, that starts playing back all the shot events from the game. The Shot events comes from the data feed of the match. To the right there are two small text boxes where you can type in seconds to start playing back before the shot, and after the shot. When you press the ball you fast forward to the first shot of the match, if the text boxes reads 10 seconds before and 5 seconds after and the shot is at CET 19:14:23 CET (hh:mm:ss CET) the player will show match video feed from CET 19:14:13 to 19:14:28. As soon as this is done the video will skip to the next shot. On the time line there will be small vertical lines to mark when the shots of the game has been. There is also a fast forward and a rewind button, where you can jump from shot even to shot event. Archive: When you press the archive button in the main window, you get a list of all recorded matches from a certain date, the earliest match of the day appears at the top of the list, and the last at the bottom. This date you can change, and a new list of recordings will appear from that particular date. The filter button opens a list of the leagues you want to view under matches (see [login to view URL]) you deselect league from view by clicking a league name. When you click save filter, the program will remember that you don’t want to record these matches in the future, and this league will permanently be removed from “Matches”.
