Autodesk Maya MEL Script for nParticles interacting with textures (Dynamic paint)

I'm looking to create a Autodesk Maya MEL script (Well... actually finish one) that emits color and density from nParticles onto objects with 2d fluid textures. The goal is to create a dynamic system that uses particles to paint textures on geometry.
