Automate PST Exporting and Importing to migrate from Exchange 2010 to O365

There are plenty of tools out there to migrate from an Exchange 2010 environment to Office 365, but all require administrative access to the originating Exchange server. The client is currently using a hosted exchange system with an external provider where "Admin Access" is only to a web portal and does not grant true administrative access on exchange. That said, a solution is needed to migrate a list of users where usernames and passwords are all known over to corresponding mailboxes on a company Office 365 account. The application should be able to: * Take as input a list of e-mails, usernames, and passwords for accounts on an Exchange 2010 Server * For each user on the list, login using their credentials and download a full PST of their mailbox, calendar, contacts, tasks, etc. from the hosted Exchange 2010 server * Connect to a corresponding Office 365 mailbox and upload the contents of the PST, then move on to the next mailbox on the list. Essentially, what is being requested is an automated version of what any individual with Microsoft Outlook installed on their computer could do manually... Setup a new profile, login to the hosted Exchange 2010 server, wait while all mail items download, export from Outlook to a PST file. Delete that profile and create a new Outlook profile with the credentials for the corresponding Office 365 account, then import the PST file and wait while all mail items synchronize with O365. Once that's done, delete the Outlook profile and move on to the next mailbox you want to migrate. PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR BEST OFFER ON THE COST TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT.
