Average Wait Time Algorithm for Process Scheduler in Java

Create an algorithm which calculates Average Wait Time (AWT) for the included Java Process Management Sim. The AWT will need its own implementation in each algorithm within the Process Scheduler (FIFO, Round Robin, etc.) so it should be placed in the scheduler class. The AWT algorithm should be (1) fully functional with each of the Process Scheduler algorithms, and (2) able to be implemented within the GUI. See attached .zip file.
