I need help in building a sales tracking CRM to track my sales activities. I maintain a database of over 2000 clients with daily interactions by sales team. Objectives of CRM: 1. Help each sales executive to keep a track of each process in sales cycle 2. Access to be given to 5 accounts (users) to begin with 3. Each user to have a security enabled access to the CRM 4. The columns in excel sheet / database to have fields to help monitor performances 5. Personal dashboard to have their respective to-do with the virtue of columns 6. Enable search / dropdown on each column for report generation
