Build front and backend to email smtp service

My partner and I are looking for a ROCKSTAR developer (or team) to help us to build an SMTP provider, like sendgrid, MANDRILL etc. This way users will be able to connect to our service from ANY application and send mail and we will charge them on a per send basis. We have already built an EC2 instance on Ubuntu running Iredmail (which is a very nice open source server that sits on top of Postfix). We have one customer using it already just plugging in their SMTP info and sending transactional emails from a very popular internet marketing software (which our server will need to integrate with seamlessly) Iredmail is working really well and I think it may be all we need from what I have read from everyone else using it (its incredibly robust) but I would be open to also using a commercial MTA (ie PMTA) if this will not be sufficient for our needs. Anyway. We will need a front end that users can log into, see stats and also a way to handle: unsubs bounces complaints We will also need: a billing system that lets users pay via Stripe and Paypal and then autobills every month based on their plan or their pay per send amount. and a ROBUST REST API We want the system built in Python with a NOSQL backend I have full mockups and specs of the frontend (which we can share with the right person) and would be open to using an existing Bootstrap admin theme for the front end (if that will speed up development) Most importantly, we would really like to launch this (Even in BETA) for the first week in January (2nd week LATEST) Please review the above and submit your quote ASAP and let us know how quick you can do this.
