Build an online practice test platform

Online practice test platform for students that will be a part of my website.
Each student will have login details that gives them access to particular subjects offered
I will be able to upload image files as questions/answers onto a library that will fall under specific topics for a particular subject
The student will be able to choose which topics he wants to be tested in as well as a timer (1hr, 1.5hr, 3hr)
The software will pick out questions based on the topic chosen and the timer and will remember which questions have been asked for which student, so that the same question does not repeat during the first 5 practice tests
At the end of the test, the student will receive their mark and a button will appear asking if they need to contact support
