I intend to use Microsoft Project to create a Gantt chart and outline a project schedule for your needs. I am familiar with the software through a software implementation project I administered as a Project Manager in 2015. For this project I will need a more complete outline of the duration of each entry in the spreadsheet provided so I can input into the Gantt chart and create a timetable. Also I will need the predecessors that will need to be completed and in what order (for example paint interior before carpet install).
