Create Plugin for Lightwave 3D

Create a plugin for 3D software called Lightwave 3D Modeler that will measure two points, then based on the measurement will resize the background image to the proper scale and size. Second option is to use Lightwave's built-in Measure Tool to measure two points of the background image, input what the length SHOULD be then resize the background accordingly. MUST be familiar with Lightwave Modeler and writing plugins for it.
