Develop Windows library for objects tracking in pictures/video

This project is to develop a Windows library that can take pictures/videos as input, analyze the content, and return specific data about objects (paper, hand, pen/pencil) present in pictures/video. INPUT: HD1080p video or sequential 15MP pictures OUTPUT: Various functions of this library should return the following information in under 1 second of processing time: - Pretense of white rectangle (Boolean) - White rectangle is moving (Boolean) - Presence of one/two finger(s) on top of white rectangle (Boolean 1 Finger, Boolean 2 fingers) - Presence of one/two fingers next to white rectangle (Boolean) - White rectangle touches picture/video border (Boolean) - Something crosses the border of white rectangle, like a hand or pen (see sample pictures) (Boolean) - Four corners of white rectangle (XY-coordinates, 4 pairs) - Pointer coordinate of a single finger (XY-coordinate at finger point curvature) - Pointer coordinate of a pen/pencil (XY-coordinate at pen/pencil point) - Lighting within rectangle is not uniform; shadows detection (Boolean) ASSUMPTIONS ============= - due to various environments where the camera is located, lighting and color may change slightly, so "white" should be defined as range and not as an exact RGB value - due to camera barrel distortion, rectangle may have not perfectly straight borders. Allow up to 10% of bending in rectangle sides. - due to camera angle, rectangle may not be a perfect rectangle. Allow up to 10% of width difference between one side to another. - You are encouraged to use other external libraries, SDKs and available tools (free or paid at my expense) to achieve some or all functionality of this project. Only if such functionality does not exist elsewhere, it needs to be created. - You and I will work together to adjust specifications to achieve high-quality functionality.
