I am looking for a programmer preferably an individual from Eastern Europe (not a team of X people working for X company from India) who can customize the POS ([login to view URL]) written in C#,.NET ,someone who knows what he's doing,or create a new one based requirements... I posted this project under different titles in different programming language, unfortunately couldn't come across right developer so far. Previous php developer(!?) wasted my more than 1 month of time...Please don't waste your and my time so bid only if you can deliver! I have gone through the requirements and it seems you need both offline and online POS, which can be worked on. Also, I understand the link you referred has 75-80% functionality and we need to customize that.I'am very confident and sure that can be delivered to you as I have worked on almost 16 years in .Net technologies and had done similar kind of projects. Hi. I tend to agree with the public comment that the requirements look too big comparing with the budget. Average .NET developer in Eastern Europe earns about 2500$ per month, which means that he/she should complete this project in less than a week... It's very hard to estimate the efforts precisely unless comprehensive requirement specification is provided. If this going to be ongoing project, I would propose "time and material" model.
