Write some software about time conversion in Java.

Must be completed in Java. Write some functions in that will convert time from BASIC_FORMAT to ISO_FORMAT, or return some other required data. (Detail below) Many of these functions will either take as input or return as output (or both!) date­time strings in the following formats: Example 1 Format Name: Basic Format Format String: YYYY­MM­DD h:mma Example: 2015­01­07 1:29PM Example 2 Format Name: ISO_FORMAT Format String: YYYY­MM­DD'T'hh:mm:[login to view URL]’Z’ Example: 2014­02­09T02:00:00.000Z Function Specifications: FUNCTION # 1: one_hour_earlier( time:String ) -> String: Accepts a date­time string assumed to be in the BASIC_FORMAT. Returns a BASIC_FORMAT date­time string representing one hour earlier. Example # 1: Parameter Value: “2015­01­07 2:29PM” Return Value: “2015­01­07 1:29PM” Example # 2: Parameter Value: “2015­01­01 12:34AM” Return Value: “2014­12­31 11:34PM” FUNCTION # 2: is_central_time()-> boolean Returns true if the computer is operating in the Central time zone or false otherwise. FUNCTION # 3: to_calendar_format( time:String )->String: Accepts a date­time string in BASIC_FORMAT and returns a version of the same time in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) in ISO_FORMAT. The result will vary based on the time zone the computer is operating in. For reference note that GMT is 8 hours ahead of PST and 5 hours ahead of EST.
