As new on freelancer, I can do this bit cheaper and to make long relationship as well. You have to provide few more details regarding this project: - What VPN do you require. Do you want to use OpenVPN or Cisco Based VPN or any other ? - Do you have your software/account for video recording ? - What SMTP (or Mail server) are you referring here ?
