Setup Cisco ASA 5505 as NAT and PPPOE with VPN

I need the following to be setup:
1) Get ADSM to work and login to Cisco ASA 5505. Currently it refuses to connect as it says that [login to view URL] uses insecure RC4
2) Open SSH port, create a basic user
3) Setup PPPOE with username/password to dial a network and connect
4) Setup NAT routing
5) Port forwarding to setup to port forward a few ports to an internal server
6) Basic L2TP/IPSEC VPN to be setup for a user to dial into the network
I can provide you with Teamviewer access to my laptop where the firewall is plugged in via ethernet. You can use ADSM to login initially. You can then login via SSH. I DO NOT have a serial port on my laptop so you cannot connect via the console cable.

I should add that I know it will take 2 hours maximum to complete as I can do this myself but dont have the time. Therefore if you charge $20USD per hour I expect to pay around $40-60. Not $200.
