I need help to setup Clad Genius for multiple craigslist ad campaigns with via dynamic IP / DSL router in the USA.

Project includes setup of CG and training on to how to create and maintain new campaign and all other advanced topics. Will need ongoing support regarding CG and changes in CL policies, etc. Pay is hourly.
