Bibliography/Appendix Creation

I am writing a report that has a references section. I need to submit each of these references as PDF documents (the actual article needs to be submitted as a PDF). I would also liked the PDF's compiled into an Appendix with the title, author, reference details, and then the article after. There are approximately 100 references to pull. Many of these are from medical journals, so I need the person doing this job to have access to medical journals. A university student will likely be able to find many of these using their university login. I would also like some references pulled for other topics that I list. Likely 3 or 4 topics needing 10 to 20 references each - all new articles, can be found via Pubmed or via Science Direct.
