Write in a professional English a user manual of contacts fields in an email marketing software

In the email markting software, each contact (recipient) has personal data (like “First name”, “Gender”, “City” etc.) that can be used for 2 purposes: To merge this information into emails/mobile text messages etc. like “Hi Sharon” To segment based on this field (I want to send campaign only for those that their “City” is “Paris” or “London”) Every user/account in inwise can choose what “fields” to set to his contacts: Email address - primary field Mobile number - primary field X textual fields - could be open or close (close list of possible values) Y Numerical fields - open/close Z Date fields - open/close Endless number of XML fields - only open - these fields are only used to personalization (merge) and not for segmentation * Notice that field number 20 is the only one that can get multiple values The manual should contain: General explanation (like what I explained here) What can be done with these fields How many and what fields available in inwise (up to X+Y+Z=30 fields + Endless number of XML fields) How to change the fields meaning and values (in [login to view URL] page) * you can get an access to the software
