Call centers required only from Pakistan !

Asslam O Aliakum, hello and good day! We are looking for a proposal from a call center with maximum number of seats for complete campaign of a International company (Pakistan only, with in Pakistan and for Pakistan). Basic details are: 1- Products are solar energy/panels and ( 100 + different products, different categories, but same company)for start up we will focus on few ! 2- Call center seats, 150 /which can be divided in to 3 to 4 different call centers. 3- Inquires/ calls related to verity of products but the same company /csr's/ CFA's handling them on the behalf of the company ( so & so). 4- Out bound/ achievable sales targets, Telemarketing of the products. 5- For start up only morning shift, 9 to 5 AM Pak timing. What we are looking forwards in the quote: 1-Kindly provide, per seat rates/ hourly/ per call or any other option. Including 2-Calling data/ leads, numbers. 3-Any software to run and manage the whole set up/ both inbound and outbound. If you need further details feel free to ask, I need the proposal ASAP, we want to start working on immediate basis, dead line to start is prior to 1st March 2013, technical training about the products and the product line ( 100 + different products, different categories but related to solar systems) along orientation will be provided exclusively by the companies technical staff to the call center/ agents/ CFA's/ CSR's...
