appointment setting - telemarketing

i have a Solar product that needs to be sold by appointment. i will not engage a milestone payment under any circumstances and i am to be invoiced at the end of each month with payments made by direct deposit within 3 business days of the invoice being supplied to me. you will be required to set the appointments and provide them via Google calendar areas will be given to you for the calls and i would advise that you use a voIP phone system to reduce your costs. depending upon your experience you may discuss specific rates. this project will function best as a team effort however i have no issues with single person operations occurring with this project provided that you can deliver on the task given to you. to set the appointments customers must go through a brief qualifying questionaire which shall be provided to you. you MUST be able to start with 4 hours notice and have productive work. for each appointment that converts into a sale you will recieve a bonus alongside your invoice of hourly rates at the end of each month. each appointment that you set within google calendar you must provide an identification number for it and also your name so that i may track the bonuses for you. this task is extremely easy calls should take no more than 4 minutes to establish the appointment always be courteous and respectful throughout the call NO MATTER WHAT else there shall be legal ramifications involved for this as i personally recieve fines for this. In reality there is no reason why one person should not be able to generate at least 3 appointments per day.
