Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from University of Pune, India. I have managed a team of trainers in the previous role while also supporting operations in the role of training champion for an Order Management Process. I have been involved in Order Management Process Consulting, Customer Experience Consulting, Call Centre startup consuling both at on-site locations as well as off-site locations. Since Jan 2010 I have been involved in business development for Wipro starting with managing and responding to BPO bids till Jun 2014. Have handled bids and driven solutions across contact centre operations, back office operations, knowledge services across multiple verticals. Post Jun 2014, I have been a part of the Telecom Vertical hunting team, with the main aim to identify new accounts for Wipro. The bids handled during this time were for BPO services, application development and maintenance services and Infrastructure Management services. Responsibilities included designing the solution while ensuring the financial objectives are met, pitching the same to the clients and identifying opportunities for campaign.
