Audio Transcrips For 6 Hour Interview(repost)

Please do not bid on this job if you are not 100% certain you can finish it within the deadline. This is the 3rd time I posted this job because I had to fire the first two coders that were not able to complete this on time. We have six hours of an audio interview that needs to be transcribed into a question answer format. The Interviewer’s name is: Bill Schuurmans (The guy asking the questions) The person being interviewed is: Charles Ryder We would like our names to be posted next to each question, and each response. Everytime there is a new topic I need the name of that topic to be put before the topic in Verdana 20 font. I need this project done in Arial 12 font. Whoever bids needs to speak, write, and understand English fluently. Coder must agree that once transcript is given back, if there are obvious mistakes, than there will be no revisions and the job will go to someone else. Few and Small mistakes are one thing, but if there are big, obvious and many mistakes the job will be cancelled and will go to someone else. We need coder to send us a fifteen minute sample of our audio which is due the same day the coder accepts the job. If we are not satisfied with the 15 minute sample, than coder must agree to forfeit the job and not get paid. We are easy to work with, but it is very important that this project gets done correctly, and in a timely manner, this is why we have these stipulations. Do not bid if you are not 100% confident that you can do this job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I need this in a microsoft word doc
