Wordpress site to be updated

Hi web designers, I have a web site [login to view URL] built with WordPress, sitting on "Parallels Plesk Control Panel" I require the site to be 1/ modernized to 2.0 standard including a new theme that better depicts the aim of the site 2/ 3 new pages added - content and graphics will be supplied 3/ all previous errors rectified The successful designer will be able to take the current and new information and be able to deliver to me a kick ass site that grabs peoples attention and gets them to either phone up or fill in an online inquiry form. An understanding of solar energy and or water pumping would be an advantage to you. There will be 3 new pages and the colour scheme must not be full of colour. I need predominately white with some colour. You must be able to take raw content & graphics and make them into a professional looking page. Remember that the main market is farmers, so no fancy crap please. Images can rotate etc, but no waiting 20 seconds for flash etc to load. A lot of the people looking at this site have SLOW internet speeds as they live in rural areas. Some are still on dial up, so the site must load fast. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Prior to commencement of the job, (once you have been awarded the job), I will require a mockup of the site before taking it live.
