I have an application running on Oracle 9 (with a non UTF8 codepage - german character set) that should be moved to Oracle 10 (UTF8). I need guidance on how to do this migration can be performed (export tables from Oracle 9, converting to UTF8, importing to Oracle 10 - or what ever the correct order is...)
