BOOK TRANSLATION FROM FRENCH TO ENGLISH

Dear Bidders, I would need an experienced translator in management related topics for the full translation of a management book (around 50,000 words- 300,000 characters). Translator must be native, familiar with management related topics. Preference will be given to translators who have had books published already. No computerized translation please! Interested bidders, please send a sample translation of your work to assess your style in English. Please send the translation of the first page of the document attached. Please make an offer for the full book, but please note that we are likely to work (and make payments) chapter by chapter. The proposed time frame is the following one (please only make a bid if you can stick to this proposed time frame- deadline is important): 8th May 2009- WE Close the bid, decide the translator and start the job. 15th May 2009- WE Receive chapter 1 translated. 22th May 2009 - WE Receive chapter 2 translated - WE PAY CHAPTER 1 if no correction/amendments are required. If corrections are required we ask for correction and pay when we receive reviewed chapter 1. 29th May 2009 - WE Receive chapter 3 translated - WE PAY CHAPTER 2 if no correction/amendments are required. If corrections are required we ask for correction and pay when we receive reviewed chapter 2. 5th June 2009 - WE Receive chapter 4 translated - WE PAY CHAPTER 3 if no correction/amendments are required. If corrections are required we ask for correction and pay when we receive reviewed chapter 3. 12th June 2009 - WE Receive chapter 5 translated - WE PAY CHAPTER 4 if no correction/amendments are required. If corrections are required we ask for correction and pay when we receive reviewed chapter 4. 19th June 2009 - WE RECEIVE LAST CHAPTERS AND FINAL REVIEW OF CHAPTER 5. - WE CLOSE THE PROJECT AND PAY OUTSTANDING BALANCES. BUDGET IS 1000 USD
