Create a web scraper to harvest Twitter IDs from LinkedIn, FollowerWonk, Twitter

I am collecting Twitter IDs for ad targeting and want to scrape relevant Twitter handles from LinkedIn (using my logged in access), from Twitter (I need to upload a couple of account entire follower lists) and from Follower Wonk (I need the results of a search). The Twitter IDs should be outputtable as a CSV spreadsheet. I need to be able to run the software myself. The functionality I require is: a) the ability to create, name and rename a list b) the ability to add certain Twitter IDs to that list by selecting them from a list, or choosing "select all" c) the ability to export the IDs so harvested via CSV file I would like to be able to run the software from a Chrome browser, ideally as an add-in. The functionality of the add-in should somewhat resemble "Salesloft". I will provide a detailed spec once I have expressions of interest.
