Animated Explainer Video (approx 2 mins)

I require the creation of an animated explainer video of approximately 2 minutes in duration. I will provide a storyboard and an audio file which contains recorded voiceover. The voiceover is being recorded today, and is due to be available by first thing Wednesday morning. The bidder is required to provide a finished file that is ready to play (including the animated video and voiceover). This means the bidder will need to animate using the storyboard and sync the animation with the provided audio voiceover. The video will be used as part of a presentation to two or 3 people in a conference room. Therefore the presentation should be suitable to run on a laptop, displayed via a projector screen in the conference room. The purpose of the video is to explain a business problem and describe a solution. I would like the animation to engage the audience to take them on the journey to understand the problem and the solution The video will be played to people from a relatively modern company that work in a serious industry. As such simplicity, innovation, and bringing the voiceover to life through the animation are important. My first idea on style is animating in a way which is like someone using a notepad to sketch ideas as they talk about the problem and the solution, but I’m also interested in your thoughts. Ideally I require the fully finished file by Friday March 8th. Ideally I would like the project to start on Wednesday and the first drat file to be provided by Thursday for me to review so we have time on Friday for you to make any changes that I request. In your bid please can you indicate; 1. When you could provide the first draft animation (with synced audio) , and fully finished file (containing changes based on my feedback). 2. If you have audio skills to complete basic editing of the voiceover to ensure the audio syncs with your animation 3.
