Commercial 3D Animation & Renders

We need professional looking renders and an animation (around 1-2mins) for a presentation. This is a 2 story commercial architecturally designed building of around 2000 meters square which includes a storage facility, offices, accommodation & a helicopter pad. You will be supplied with a 3D model in your requested file type. Renders need to include the following: - Site Plan - Floor plans for both levels - At least x4 key exterior renders - At least one section (or may be included in animation) - x1 office interior render x1 accommodation interior render x1 storage render x1 front entry interior render Animation needs to include: - Professional exterior animation. - Bonus if you can animate interior too - Extra bonus if you can animate truck, people and a helicopter! (interior props eg. desk etc will need to be provided) ...We are open to ideas. Your own examples are a must!
