Color Correction, Skin Shine, Reflections and other Background Removal for Video Series

I have 7 videos which I have edited in Premiere Pro. These are cooking demonstrations and shot with 3 camera angles. I need a freelancer to help with some post-production work; primarily in overall color correction, removing shine from the chef's face, and also removing some of the reflections from the oven in the background, and a shelf with some stuff in it. Attached is a sample of a shot like that. Each of the videos are at most 2 minutes long. I already have 3 videos that were color corrected so I can show you how the end product should look like. You will likely need to use After Effects to mask the face, eyes, mouth, nose and sometimes left arm of the chef. Because of the amount of movement it requires a lot of patience and precision.
