I use the MAGIX and Adobe editing suite, which provides all the necessary tools to cater to your project. I have experience in video production and digital imaging. Since your project title says "Create Videos" while your description says "photo edits" I assume there will be an integration of photo editing and editing them into a video. I work with Photoshop and FInal Cut Pro so the the whole workflow is very familiar to me.
