Create Subversion Database from backup

We have a backup Subversion Database backup. the main server's drive has died and we would like to restore the backup to our rented server space. Knowledge of Subversion and excellent Linux essential ## Deliverables We have a backup of the database using the svn hotcopy, along with a direct copy for the config and password files. We want an identical database re-built on our custom server and the sever configured to allow standard SVN access. the SVN UUID should be identical to what it was before. The backup will be FTP'd to the server already.
