Custom PHP To Do List

We are looking for a PHP application with a SQL backend. This is a custom to do list with dates, pulldown categories free type and a basic administration screen. There is a jpg in the attachment so that you can see something similar to what we are talking about. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2. There must be an administration screen to manage any pull downs and other setting that we setup. 3. One of the pull down columns needs to have color associated with it for easier viewing. 4. We should be able to choose the refresh time for the app in the admin screen. 5. In the column called job # this should create a link to a folder that exists on the local computer and should open it by clicking on the #. We currently file numerically and in a logical order. 6. The columns will change a little from what is shown I have not had a chance to update the attached jpg. ## Platform This will run on a linux server.
