We are looking for 10 online support agents. You will be helping website visitors with billing and support issues. You will be working from home, so here are the requirements: 1) Currently we are looking for attractive females only. 2) Must have very stable and fast internet connection. 3) Must have good computer, webcam, microphone. 4) Must have space where you live thats clean, private, quiet and from the webcams point of view will look profession. So in other words behind you must look business like. Even if its just a plain white wall is fine. 5) You cannot have any animals running around and making noise. 6) You cannot have any kids running around. 7) You MUST be able to speak very good English So in short, you must have a stable and quiet, and good business type room within your living area from which to work with. This is a very important point. All support agents cams will be watched by the supervisor, so there really is no point pretending you can offer your services if you really cannot. We will find out very quickly and it will be a waste of everyones time. So anyway, assuming you feel you can offer surroundings to adhere to the above requirements we would love to hear from you. You must be able to work a minimum of 8 hour shifts (48 hours a week) We will also need two supervisors. We will be recruiting these from within the team, so you have very good advancement opportunities. There will be a two week training period, after which you will be full time. I am applying for this position as I have plenty of experience in this field. Not only have I been a customer service agent in an office but also at home. So I have all the necessary equipment in order to start straight away. Having a room that is quiet was a requirement of the company that I worked for at home, so that is not a problem either. Also I was working a 48 hr week and more so again that is something else I am happy to do. I am English so speaking very good English is not a problem, I have a stable internet connection and I am a female. I would also be very interested in being able to eventually become a supervisor.
