Convert data in word tables to an excel spreadsheet

We have a word file with a list of compliance procedures and monitoring procedures. Each of these procedures and monitoring procedures needs to be transferred to an excel spreadsheet to allow us to create a regular checklist.

Attached is a word file with the list of procedures and also an excel file with an example of the required output for the first page of procedures.
