I have two database files based of SQL Server CE (.sdf files). I need a utility to take the source file and check all tables on the destination files and if any field or tables are not there in destination, create them with same type, length and other properties.

I would recommend using the database project from visual studio for this, but if you have already considered that I can write you a c# console or WPF app that can do this for you also.
