Bbarrel distortion correction

Create a DLL for the removal of the lens barrel distortion. Definition of lens distortion from the input data from the calibration of scanned using a grid. I think it could be applied open projects as LensFun, Photoropter, and more. Main objective: 1) fast efficient library dll (input image around 5MP) 2) without losing the quality of the input image (it is more important to image quality than the speed of processing) 3) tool for determining lens distortion (calculate lens distortion based on insert scanned the calibration grid) 4) sample code for use in vb.net
