Changes to existing Setup dll (to add the framework 4.0 client profile)

Enclosed is the source code for an existing dll I have for creating a setup package. Everything is fine except for one thing. I need one thing added. I need a new item for the enum for the .net framework 4.0. When chosen and I send in the path for the framework; then it needs to package that and if somebody runs the package who does not have the framework 4.0; then it needs to install the framework 4.0 then run the rest of the setup for the program. The purpose of this is to make it really easy to deploy my application. ClickOnce method does not work for my needs either. If you can use a different approach; let me know that. Would prefer somebody to modify this instead of using a different approach though. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit.
