AutoIt script to screen scrape "green screen" windows emulator

We have need to screen scrape data off a windows emulator screen like reflection or exceed that uses telnet to connect to a unix system. We have used autoit scripting on a limited basis in the past to screen scrape and drive windows applications and were wondering if there was a way to control a windows emulator screen using autoit or another similar scripting tool. This project listing is to identify someone who has done this in the past and can demonstrate similar experience. Actual work will be identified under a separate project.
