Build a list of business including names addresses and emails - ETL Skills required

We are needing to develop a list of all restaurants in Columbia South Carolina. We understand this can be done by accessing the yellow pages, local business directories and other database. Ideally we would like Company Name Street Address City Zip Code First Name Last name Email address. (Best if we have a name for the email but a general email such as Info@, orders@, admin@ will be ok) If using zip codes to complete search databases us zip codes 29201 29203 29204 29205 29206 29209 29210 29212 29222 29223 29229 29072, 29170, 29169, 29033, 29172 I am looking for a long term relationship with several small projects.
