Basically I want to be shown how to setup FTP users for with folder restrictions on my amazon ec2 server

From time to time I want contracted programmers that I employ to do work on my ec2 wordpress installation. To do this they will need FTP access to upload changes

BUT I only want to give them ftp access to certain folders.

I would like to know how to do that, so I am looking for someone to tutor me online using my pc and a gotomeeting session or skype (prefer gotomeeting) to guide me through each step.

I imagine it will be no more than a one hour session
