Code Bootstrap Responsive Site based on PSD Mockups

Our company has 14 layered PSD mockups of websites that we need coded. The mockups show the homepage and an interior page.
We need persons that can code 1 (or all, depending on the quality of the first one) of these mockups into fully responsive HTML/CSS sites using Twitter Bootstrap framework.
The mockups do not demonstrate how the site will look in smaller sizes via the responsiveness of the site, so the coder will also need to have the design knowledge to understand how content all full size should look when the size is reduced for smaller devices and make those decisions while coding.
For each design, the deliverables will be two html files (home page and one interior page) and any corresponding CSS, Images, and JS files.
This has the potential for a long term freelance relationship. We churn out a lot of projects like this.
