I currently work for a Microsoft partner and do some freelance consulting on the evenings and weekends when I find projects that interest me. Yours does, because the site would look fantastic on mobile devices (and I've never worked for a New York based company, and would love to). I'd suggest either having a different layout for iPhone / android, or re-design the page making it responsive (so it doesn't matter what device it's being viewed from, it adapts to it). My current offer is for a new layout for mobile, if you feel you want to modify the main one, my hourly rate is 40 us dollars (and I work really fast, every step would be detailed and we would be in constant contact).
