Clone two web pages with minor changes

Clone the following pages... Page 1 [login to view URL] Page 2 [login to view URL] Page 1: On page one I need the exact layout copied except I don’t need the Menu/ CSS selector in the upper right, or the menu or rollovers below the image that says Web Showcase. That can be removed. I want the green on the page changed to match the blue on the second page. I will provide text to replace “Web Showcase” and “Net Advantage for asp.net” Page 2: Uses the page created above and simply places a div where the Portfolio Manager application is. I will add my own content. Details: Should use 100% CSS for the layout. All images should be in a folder called images. CSS style sheet should be in a folder called CSS.
