Clothing Company Website

I would like to take my clothing line into the next level and would like to start over on my website. I currently have a website but would like a new website so it is easily implemented with my shopping cart. I would like for the casing for my website to resemble an ipad for computers and an iphone for mobile. I have started with the home page to enter the site, but will need additional design in order to get the website together. The optimal viewing area for the content will be 768x1024 The pages will consist of: -Landing Page -Home -About Us -Contact Us (Will need a place for email capture) -Blog (with Twitter/Facebook implementation) -Collection -Men -Women -Press -Media Player -Events Transition from the landing page (which is uploaded) should flip the screen. Transitions from each other page should be as it is opening up as the user clicks on the screen. Please keep in mind that as other information is added, this will need to have a slider so the consumer can slide to the next page (left to right) versus scrolling up and down. My shopping cart is hosted by bigcartel and I have the premium plan. I have the complete Adobe Collection, so please ensure that you can send template and pictures in that format. Please include tutorial on how to update the template for each page.
