Colour design of a webpage

Hi, I have a forum totally coded but now i have do a new design. In that forum i have 6 different areas and then i have created 6 different palette colors to each area. That i need is to adjust each colour palette to the exact combination to make my forum easy to read and to see. The freelance only must give me the hexadecimal color of each area. The payment will be done via PayPal. The budget will be at least 70$. I attach some screenshots to show my problem. P.D: Sorry my english
